the Export Restriction Document.
The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) has created a
quantitative, ~0.10 cm
-1 resolution, infrared spectral library of vapor phase
compounds. The PNNL library consists of approximately 400 vapor phase spectra
associated with DOE's remediation mission.
The spectra currently cannot be used by the transmission codes such as MODTRAN
or FASCODE. We are discussing their incorporation into these codes with the US
Air Force Research Laboratory. However, they will give you an indication of
where absorption by the different molecules occur.
The distribution consists of two CD's. Law prohibits anyone from providing any
data obtained at this site to a resident of any of the following countries:
Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, China (People's Republic of China),
Cuba, Georgia, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyztan, Libya,

Specially Designated nationals, or the U.S. Department of Commerce's Table of
Deny Orders, or the U.S. Department of Commerce's Entity List, or subject to
any other U.S. export restriction(s) to include embargoes or trade
